Tonight at sundown (in whatever your time zone) we will begin our 21 Day program. Here are some items you will need to do the FAST properly and in a way that brings you the benefits you desire. There are seven (7) types of spiritual fasts, we will be doing what is called a “partial” fast. Based on Daniel chapter 10: 2-3. This fast is one of only vegetables, fruit, grains, and water. This is one of the healthiest fasts you can do. It is very good for your body, mind, and spirit. It naturally cleanses and detoxes your body, lowers blood pressure, and heals your digestive system. You must refrain from alcohol, dairy, meats, sugar, sweets.

- Get a schedule of your daily prayer and meditation time that cannot be disturbed
- Prepare your food grocery items in advance–map out your fasting diet, water, fruits, veggies, etc.
- Make sure you have cleared the fast with your doctor if you are not healthy or have other needs.
- Get a Bible or book of positive spiritual meditations from Deepak Chopra or Marianne Williamson.
- Alert your family and friends that you are undergoing a spiritual fast.
